Privacy policy

1. Controller and scope

This policy describes personal-data processing at florens.demo-jacksony.ru. The controller is Karina Flores, the individual owner of the website. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact form with “Other” selected and “Personal data” in the message.

2. Data and purposes

Security logs contain IP address, request time, URL, response code and User-Agent. Optional analytics includes a random session identifier, pages, interactions, referrer, campaign parameters, duration, screen, device, operating system and browser. Optional replay records clicks, scroll and interface changes; the entire contact form and all entered values are blocked. Enquiries contain the information entered into the form plus security and consent evidence.

3. Legal basis

Essential security processing protects the controller’s lawful rights without overriding data-subject rights. Analytics, replay and enquiry processing are based on separate, informed and voluntary consent. No solely automated decision produces legal effects.

4. Storage and retention

Primary databases are hosted in the Russian Federation. Replay and decryptable IP data are retained for up to 30 days, detailed analytics for up to 12 months, enquiries for up to 12 months, and rejected spam for up to 30 days. Data may be deleted earlier after a valid request or withdrawal.

5. Security and recipients

Controls include MFA, Argon2id, encryption at rest for enquiries and IP, secure server sessions, CSRF protection, TLS, rate limiting, anti-fraud, audit trails, firewalling, backups and retention jobs. Access is limited to the controller and authorised administrators. YouTube content loads only after a click and is then governed by YouTube’s terms.

6. Your choices and rights

Analytics and replay do not start before an affirmative choice. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change or withdraw the choice. You may request access, correction, restriction or erasure, withdraw consent, or complain to the competent authority or court through the contact form.

7. Updates

The current version is always available at /privacy. Material changes are published before new processing begins and fresh consent is requested when required.
